How do I download the mp3s I find?
In most browsers you will be able to right click the link and choose something along the lines of "Save link as..." "Save target as..." Saved linked file as...". You can also copy the link and paste it into your favourite download manager.
What is the report page for?
Some websites designed to be found using this search query. These websites do not offer mp3 files for free download. If you come accross one you can report using the form on the report page and it will be checked and, if neccsary, removed from the query.
